I love feeling great!
I wasn't always fit. When I was a teenager, I was overweight. I joined the Air-force at 19 and had to lose 25 pounds to enlist. My interest in fitness began as I did daily jogs to work to lose the weight, learned how to eat healthier, and began weight training.
I know how challenging it is to have physical and emotional issues that keep us reaching for comforting consumables.
I've worked as a fitness trainer for over 20 years.
I've been a personal trainer since 2003, taken 3 yoga certification courses, TRX training, Body building training, trained with the Russian Kettle Bell champion, Dmitri Sataev, and learned the best methods to keep seniors independent, strong and fall-proof! Adding Plant-based diet coaching to your training is something that will help clients make dramatic changes.
I'm passionate about sharing my enthusiasm for wellness with others. I believe preventive medicine is the best medicine. Exercise and good food will help you live an exuberant life! I look forward to helping you work toward achieving your goals, and to live a healthier, more adventurous life!
