I will take pertinent measurements, ask you about your current habits and record those important details. What do you expect from your health coaching sessions? We will work towards helping you move towards your goals
Meet twice a week, or the schedule that works best for you to formulate goals and design game plans. Check in to review and see how things are going. These sessions are for reevaluations, accountability, and confirmation.
Work out per week, 45 minutes, designed workout for you to do. This is a 45 minute workout designed for you to repeat on your own at home, 3 to 4 times a week.
Let's talk about what is in your cabinets, and fridge. If changing your eating habits is one of your goals, I'll help you figure out what foods need to go to the food pantry. We will focus on learning about ultra processed foods, and stopping the addiction cycle.
