Health and wellness Coaching

12 week commitment to make real, lasting changes

Let's get to know each other.  Where will we go from here?  Lets talk about you, your goals and aspirations.  What do you expect from your health coaching sessions?

30 min sessions

Meet twice a week to formulate goals and design game plans.  Check in to review and see how things are going.  These sessions are for reevaluations,  accountability, and confirmation.

Exercise Sessions

Work out per week, 30 minutes, designed workout for you to do.  This is a 30 minute workout designed for you to repeat on your own at home, 3 to 4 times a week.


Private Sessions

Private or couples sessions in your home or office

Wellness and Fitness Training

8 sessions, $800 $120 per hour session

Yoga or Fitness Fun

$150 per group

Over 50 and need a bit of flexibility in your life?  Bring 4-5 friends along to do a gentle yoga class, outdoors.   Don't worry, be happy, Yoga is for EVERYONE! 

 Feel more centered, grounded, and flexible.  Learn to breathe better.  

Enjoy an hour of gentle stretching, breathing, balance, and core work.

Do you have a perfect spot you'd like to meet?  At your home, business or in nature, yoga is the best prescription for a long, healthy life.

Couples Training

1 hour group Training

Sessions

$150 per hour

Work out with your best friend or partner.  Get fit together!  Play games that help increase bone density, flexibility, and fitness levels!  You don't need to be on the same level of fitness!
